The students spent three weeks in Bergen undergoing sail training, getting acclimated and getting into the routine of work and study. The was one field trip for the students to a nearby waterfall. The Statsraad Lehmkuhl departed Bergen on Thanksgiving Day en route to the Hardangerfjord.
